The idea for my up-coming book comes from both my love for children, and my own experience with a very busy mind. The day I became aware that my brain was thinking non-stop, without any effort on my part, was huge. It was that moment that I realized that most of my own anxieties came from something I had no control over because I didn’t even realize it was happening. My own investigation into this mystery lead me to many wise authors whose words have penetrated deeply. I started to think about how amazing it would be to introduce this perception to children. So began my quest to put together a simple, step by step, fun and interesting way to present this topic.
The purpose of this book is to teach our beautiful children (and their beautiful guardians too) how to become mindfully aware. When mindful awareness is introduced at a young age it can become second nature and promote healthy self evaluation naturally.
